Shipments and returns:

We strongly acknowledge how important the service means to our customers. Orders placed online before 17:00 pm cut off time, they will be dispatched same day using Royal Mail delivery 1st class standard  mail once the payment has been authorised. 

In addition, a special care is taken at all times when dispatching your good but the dispatch on your own risk as we cannot be held liable for any loss items in transit.

You have 7 working days to return any  mechanical item found to be faulty but email us first before returning it back.
